Garden Wildlife Health and overwintering mosquitoes

The founding members of VB RADAR met at the Garden Wildlife Health 10th anniversary meeting at ZSL London. It was a great opportunity to catch up, share ideas and discuss the latest research.
During November and December, the team also collected female mosquitoes that spend the winter in sheltered places.
The aim was to find out whether these mosquitoes could help explain how mosquito-borne viruses survive through the winter months.
